Breast reduction

What you must know about breast reduction as a type of mammoplasty is that the while during a breast lift we tighten and literally lift the glandular tissue, but during a breast reduction we take the desired amount of tissue and remove it from the posterior surface of the breast making nursing in the future still possible.

 

Naturally a lift is performed if needed in this case as well.

It is done by using a classical T-shaped incision on the lower pole of the breast, the nipple is incised as well. The areola must be lifted in almost all cases. We strive to make the smallest incision possible and try to perform the surgery without making the transverse incision.
